Each scenario includes a detailed description necessary to carry out the workshop, a set of exercises and materials to be used during the workshop and sample evaluation questionnaires. The workshops are related to the topic of herbalism: growing basic herbs at home, the medicinal properties of herbs, creating herbal tea blends, creating cosmetics using herbs, using herbs in the kitchen and their effects not only on food but also on the human body.
